We are the first dedicated veterinary walk-in urgent care serving Springfield and the surrounding communities. Our mission is to bridge the gap between primary care veterinarians and emergency hospitals by providing timely care for non-life-threatening conditions—helping pet owners avoid long drives to larger facilities in Columbus or Dayton.

We are proud to support both pet owners and local veterinary practices by offering convenient after-hours services Friday-Tuesday from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Our goal is to complement—not replace—primary care by treating urgent issues and then ensuring pets are referred back to their regular veterinarian for ongoing care and follow-up.

While we are not positioned as a low-cost provider, we strive to offer a more accessible and affordable alternative to full emergency hospitals. We are also committed to acting as a trusted resource: if a pet requires advanced or critical care beyond our scope, we will help facilitate a smooth transfer to a larger emergency facility. We do not offer in house payment plans be we do accept 3rd party financing options including CareCredit and Affirm
