When is Urgent Care Appropriate?

Veterinary urgent care fills an important gap between your regular veterinarian and emergency services. Urgent care is designed for problems that need prompt attention but are not life-threatening, such as:

What are your hours?

We are open Friday-Tuesday 4:00PM - 10:00PM

What type of pets do you treat?

We treat a wide variety of pets including dogs and cats. Please contact us if you have a unique pet and we will let you know if we can accommodate their needs.

Do you offer emergency services?

When your pet experiences a sudden illness or injury, The Pet Clinic of Springfield is available during our business hours to provide pet urgent care. Our team is prepared to assess and stabilize your pet’s condition. In the event we are not able to take care of your pet, we will guide you to a facility that can help.

How can I prepare my pet for their visit?

Please bring your pet's medical history and vaccination records. Make sure they are on a leash or in a carrier for their safety. For anxious pets, consider bringing a favorite toy or blanket to help them feel more at ease.

We do not provide wellness care, including vaccines or spay/neuter services.
We do not carry monthly flea/tick prevention.
We do not offer in house payment plans but we do accept 3rd party financing options including CareCredit and Affirm.
